Pre-Order Policy

When purchasing, please separate pre-order and in-stock items if you would like to receive the in-stock item first. Otherwise, the items will be shipped together once your pre-order arrives.

All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such there is no refund should you wish to cancel your order. We can however offer store credit.

Pre-orders will be ready for dispatch around early November. The order could be held for a longer period by New Zealand Customs clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control.
